1. Email your requirements to TexasBD@egov.com.
2. In your requirements, please include details about the desired solution,existing system information, pertinent timelines/deadlines, point of contact, and any other required materials, preferences, or helpful information.
3. If we need clarification on the request, we’ll follow up as soon as possible.
4. We’ll provide a solution proposal and quote based on our contract pricelist.
5. We’ll work with you to develop a SOW that covers solution details, staffing plan, schedule, and warranty information.
Texas NIC typically delivers services using Agile delivery methods. As such, we build “warranty activities” into future sprint planning to make sure that each sprint and release is working as planned. Following the completion of a project, Texas NIC typically warrants a solution for 90 days. However, we are open to alternative warranties and can document those in our shared Statement of Work.
We will fully correct the reported problem and follow normal test and regression procedures to ensure no new errors are introduced. We will repair code developed by us provided that:
a. the problem or other nonconformity, inadequacy, defect, bug, or deficiency related to any Texas NIC-developed application(s) or enhancement(s) is discovered within the application warranty period; and
b. a root cause analysis indicates that the problem or other nonconformity, inadequacy, defect, bug, or deficiency was caused by code, configuration, or design created or introduced by Texas NIC.
